ICT visa queries

hi all,

I have got Intra company transfer(ICT) WP. The validity of this is 1.5 years . Will it be extendable . I got this wp under special skill category.

My visa stamping is for 1.2 years . So in case visa expires before 1.5 yrs..how to take this forward.

Also its been 2 months my visa stamped and not been able to travel, So will these 2 months be reduced from my visa period ?

Also is there any time period with in which I have to travel to save this visa/Wp?
