ICT Visa Process.

Hi,

Anyone in this forum applied for an ICT visa? If yes, please advise what is the process and timelines. It would be good to know what requirements i need to fulfil. I understand this is open to all countries and not just countries under NAFTA or other such FTA(s). Do i have to get my credentials assessed? or take a language test? Proof of funds etc?

Also, I believe this is LMIA exempt. Can someone confirm?

1. Yes an ICT (intracompany transfer) is LMIA exempt.
2. It is not something you just apply for me. To be eligible, the job offer has to meet the criteria here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/work/opinion/transferees/index.asp
