ICT visa holders applying for PR in Express category

Hello Friends,

I am working on an ICT work permit for one of the Indian MNCs. I am interested to apply for PR in the express category post I finish my 1 year here in Canada in a couple of months.

I wanted to clarify if ICT work permit holder be considered/eligible for the 600 points which corresponding to a job (or job offer) in hand?

Would appreciate people's knowledge and guidance.

No, unfortunately not. Your employer would need to apply for an LMIA to make you eligible for the 600 job offer points. Anyone with an LMIA-exempt job (like you) is in the same boat - i.e., unable to say they have a job offer under Express Entry until their employer gets a positive LMIA.
