Recently my ICT work permit got approved. My company processed visitor visa for my wife and student visa for my kid.
I yet to travel. The travel date will be mostly in this December.
My wife and I work for TCS in India. I would like to proceed with her open work permit application before I travel.
Since I yet to travel, the only documents I have are the letter of introduction from ircc and the support letter company gave at the time of submitting visa application.
My NOC code is 2173 as per the support letter.
Are these documents sufficient for proving my wife's eligibility for a sowp? In letter of introduction I could not see any information regarding the work permit holder's skill level (0, A, B)
