ICT visa from india 2023?

Hi all,

My company applied the ICT wp (LMIA exempt ) from mumbai India for me and my husband dependent visa.

Application submitted - 19 Jan 2023
Bio metric request - 24 Jan 2023
Bio metric complete -31st Jan 2023
Medical(upfront)- 31st July 22
Ppr-⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉

Latest update by my company in mid of may

Still didn't updated my medical result

My queries
1.anyone got the PPR recently with dependent?
2.any general comments
3. After my medical passed only I can sure about my PPR
4. Why my file is getting delay
5.my company applied many ict visa. Earlier . That didn't take this much time

Passing Medical is just one of the steps - Does not guarantee a visa until you meet the Eligibility & pass it per an officers review

Every file is processed differently and you have to wait this out.

Considering you gave upfront medical dated July 31 2022 - per your post, you may receive a request for a fresh medical as when you travel on a TRV, you need to have a medical that is valid for at least 6 months https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/medical-exams/requirements-temporary-residents.html
