Hi! some background about me-
Outland applicant. I applied for OINP PNP , and if all goes well i should get nominations i.e. 600 points by June. Thus, expecting to get an ITA around June/July and will apply for the same when I get it.
However, my company said that they would also be sending me on an ICT to Canada(Toronto) during August.
I know dual intent is legal, but I want to know
1. Would i be able to move to Canada on the ICT even though id only be in the initial stages of my PR application? Or would i have to wait until my COPR?
2.Would i need to raise a webform on ircc and inform them?
3.Would this also delay the PR processing? Im an outland applicant, hence.
Please guide me if youve been in this situation, thanks!
