ICT from US..?...urgent help needed...

Hi All,
My husband working in US on H1 visa our visa is ending in jan 2015. Our company is india base company they have project in Canada so company is filling his WP,but they are filling from India and they are getting some problem to submit his application from there.So my question is...Is it possible to file his application from India? If yes how long it will take to get WP? And when do we need to submit our passports?Or do I need to submit application from US?please help me .....Thanks in advance ........ :-X

Thanks for response .Yes they are trying it submit online but they are getting some payment error ...what is that error?.. Does anybody know.And 1 more question when do I need to submit my passport and how? pls respond ...

Just ask them to do the whole thing afresh. That should resolve the error.

passports will be requested and then u shall send them.

the request would come as an email.

Thanks.Company guy is going to contact us on Monday so we will check with him about online application.So if not he told us to submit application personally(paper application).Paper application will take more time then online application ....I heard that is it true?

yea processing times are a little more in terms of paper applications, but not too long though.

Can someone tell me processing time for canada WP ..applied from US (ICT) pls!!

We filed online application on 9 June.Still wating for response ..it's ICT .From newyork anybody tell me aproximety how long it will take ?? We r expecting till 30 July ....pls response .Thanks in advance. :-X

Our got approved on 8 August.We send our passport for stamping on 9th August ,now watting for passport.
