ICICI BANK GIC ACCOUNT TO SCOTIA BANK

Hi All.
I would like to know if i can transfer my GIC money from ICICI bank to Scotia bank when i reach Canada, since i have heard ICICI bank is not common in Canada? and is it possible to take cash from any ATMs in Canada from ICICI GIC account.
