ICES university name should be college name or university name

Hi,

This is Harshith from B-18 KIAMS ( Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies, Harihar, India )
While I was filling ICES for ECA I was required to enter " Awarding Institution". SO should I update it as KIAMS or AICTE( All India Council for Technical Education) which KIAMS is affiliated to.

WES did not recognize KIAMS so trying alternatives.
