Here’s an update! So he finally passed it. Took 2 classes from an ICBC approved school which cost about $95 each plus car on road test day was an extra $110. The instructor figured out that he was not great on doing 360 degree checks and wouldn’t look at his rear view mirrors every 5-8 seconds. She also said he had to act like a novice and not an experienced driver with over 11 years of experience. So here we go!

Do you have the information on the instructor that he used?

Hello folks. Can any of you post the ICBC Class 5 Road Test Evaluation Form that is used by Driver examiner for driving evaluation. It would be great is you can attach it here and email me on ashwinlunkad007@gmail.com . I am unable to find anything online so far. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I have a bit of a unique problem. We landed here with my husband's driving abstracts of over 10 years, from 2 different countries & ICBC allowed him to take Class 5 Road test. However, he has failed the test twice already.

As per the new rules, he now has to wait for 1 month before re-appearing. We have spent a lot of money on driving lessons and I can't understand what else we can do. Can someone who has passed their road test give a review/tips on passing the test?

He appeared for the tests in Lower Mainland centres. They say the failure rate here is as high as 31% but now I'm thinking it might be higher for class 5ers.

Thanks!

1. Take the test in North Vancouver.
2. Drive around that area for a couple of weeks.
