icas file number and birthdate showing invalid

hello,
i have been waiting for my educational assessment from 2019 dec to till date but when i check yesterday it showed file number and birthdate invalid i wonder what has happened to my icas assessment.
can anyone help me with this case.

Ask ICAS. If you have been waiting for over 2 years, why haven’t you followed up?

I have been following !
My documents all received and was qued for assement back in january 27.
And still following but recently it is showing my file number and birthdate is invalid !

Call ICAS as no 9ne can tell you why your file is invalid.
