ICAS Credentials Assessment questions

Hello,

ICAS has recently published my assessment report. It has decided that my 5-year specialist degree is an equivalent to Bachelor. However when i studied in the university it did not have Bachelor/Master separation yet, so only these 5-year specialist courses were available. As I don't get enough score with Bachelor degree I have two questions to experienced members of this community:

1. Is it worth trying to appeal to ICAS to reconsider my assessment? Are there any chances they will change their decision? (Appeal fee is not that large, so I can tolerate losing it in case I don't succeed, but it only makes sense if there are chances I can get higher Degree)

2. Couple of year ago I have completed my Masters Degree, but I did not want to include it in my assessment as I am claiming these years as my working experience (Masters degree requires less time and I have flexible work hours, so I spent two years studying and working simultaneously. The reason was curiosity that made me enter that program and my family which was relying on my paycheck, so I could not quit either of these :)). Do you think it can cause me any trouble if I now add this Masters degree to my ECA report?
