I need urgent help.
I have applied for my ECA report and received ICAP. I dunno what was the error but my ICAP doesn't have IMM number.
My visa agent insists that I go for a new application and re-do the entire process with a new reference number.
This is beyond my understanding. I already have my ICAP report upgrading from document to document TO course by course will give me IMM number too, then why to re-evaluate?
But when I try to do the upgrade process, it asks me to add credential... If I add my bachelors and Masters credential do I need to send the transcript copies again or can I request WES to transfer my transcript to new reference number? If yes, what is the process?
