I would like to know about Nova Scotia PNP and also PR

Hi folks

I was wondering about nova scotia PNP and also about PR.. I am currently pursuing Masters in this province. I am bit confused with NOC A B C and Ds.. and the code numbers like, 2173 Software Engineers and Designers did not match with those NOC A, B's (I could not find it). also how difficult is to apply and getting PNP and PR here. Your help is much appreciated guys. thanks
