I applied for work permit extension based on LMIA submission but me and my girlfriend have decided to get married and she will sponsor me through spousal sponsorship inland.
How do I go about withdrawing my work permit extension plus applying for my visitor record since my old work permit has been expired(if we count 90 days it's still not up as of yet)
I don't have positive LMIA, it's just under process by my employer, so I applied for work permit extension based of submission details.

If you want to withdraw the work permit applications, then you'll need to apply for both restoration and the visitor record. Make sure you do that before the 90 days are up.
