Hello, I am Brazilian and I am a tourist in the USA. I intend to get to know Canada.

For 10 days I try to send the file "IMM5257.pdf" but the system does not accept. I noticed that many had the same problem.
If I go to Washington in person, with the easiest visa?

What is the fastest way to get a visa? I would go to Canada in two weeks. It's possible?

Note: I have chance to go to Washington.

If you are having trouble with the online application submission you can mail in your application instead. I think it's unlikely you will be approved in just two weeks - but you can certainly give it a try.

The Washington visa office does not process regular visa applications - so no, you cannot go there in person and submit your application.
