If you wish to visit Canada, then you need to apply for a TRV. A TRV does not allow you to work in Canada.
If you want to work in Canada, then you need to secure a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer must obtain an approved LMIA so that you can then apply for a work permit. There are no employers on this forum and generally speaking, it's next to impossible to find employers willing to go through the LMIA process.
