hi everyone,
im glad to find your site. I hope you can advice me.
im a Jordanian, im living in Kuwait now, im 30 years old. I finish high school and I study two years in university but I didn't finished the degree. I have more than 10 years experience in repairing computers and more than 5 years in repairing smart phones. I born in arab countries and live all my life in arab but I never felt that I belong here. im scared of get married and start my own family here. I want to move to Canada and start new life.
do I have any chance to come to Canada?
I know everyone most protect and organize his own house, and Canada is your house.
I've been looking to apply for Australia, Germany, Ireland, France, America. all the sponsor visa required an qualifications to start process it.
im not looking to come and get aid from anywhere. im a hard worker I can work up to 16 hours a day. I know how to get a job and start working. I saved enough money to be able to stay without a work for whole 6 months. with my experience I know I can get a good job less than one month.
im not asking you to make a miracle to me. but I hope you can give me a good advice about what I can do.

If you want to move to Canada permanently, you will have to read through the details of Canada's immigration programs to see if you qualify to apply. You can find this information here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp

If you want to come to Canada to work temporarily, then you will first have to find an employer in Canada who is willing to offer you a full time job. That employer will then have to obtain something called an LMIA (authorization to hire a foreign worker). You will then be able to apply for a work permit.

Good luck.

thank you scylla .
I stop believing in luck long time ago. no one will give you the chance you want. you have to fight to make your own chance. I will start searching for some smart phones company and hope good.
I will tell you what will happen with me if there is something happens

hi every one god I cant believe what just happened with me today. I found some company in repairing iphone they liked my experience and they give me a job offer via email.
what should I do now?
how I will apply to a work permit?
Mr Scylla if I come to Canada I will buy you a drink

The next step is for your employer to obtain an approved LMIA. This will take several months and will cost your employer $1,000. You can't apply for a work permit until your employer has an approved LMIA.

Be very very careful. There are many scams out there. If anyone asks you for money in exchange for a job in Canada - it's a scam. There's no job and you will never see your money again.

please don't remember me about scammers. what if the company asked me to send the 1000$. its a very cheap money to get in your free country and start new life. I wish I have some friends in Canada who I can trust but I don't have yet.

If the company asks you for any money - then it's a scam and there is no job. It's extremely unusual to get a job offer that quickly and easily. The job offer you have has a high chance of being a scam.

I tried to send you a private message but I don't know why I couldn't able to send it.
im want to ask you a question and I guess you heard it a lot but I couldn't find any answer for it.
if I get a tourist visa to Canada. its legal to search for a job and if I find a job. its possible to change the tourist visa to work permit?

Yes - you can look for a job.

Yes - you can apply for a job but your application will have to be sent outside of Canada and eventually your passport will have to be sent out of Canada as well.

To be approved for a work permit you often have to prove that you have ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. This can be more difficult to prove if you are already in Canada.

The employer I found he agree to to do the LMIA document. He told me it's will take a month or two. I was excited this morning so I went to the Canadian visa office and tell them. They all was Indian people. Anyway they told me after I get the lmia agreement I'll be able to apply for the work permit they told it's will cost around 160-170$ I'm totally ok with the cost. What destroyed my spirit is what they told me about the process time. They told me it's will talk from 6 to 8 months :o :o. I felt like they told me to get lost and find another place to work in. Who can hold a job for 8 months?
Even he can hold the job for me. I don't think that I can stay 6 months in this country.
There is any immigration agency in Canada they get paid and they can speed up the process?
Who want to stay for 8 months wondering if he will get the visa or I can't live that way.
I do understand why it's this hard to do that. You Canadian should be thankful to have a government like that. They doing their best to safe the job vacancies for you.
It's seem to me that I have to print out the world map and check all countries and see where I can move to start new life. It's maybe sound crazy but what else I can do.

No - there is no immigration agency that can speed up the processing times. Unfortunately the processing times are what they are. Either an employer is willing to wait or they aren't.

I don't think the employer will wait. And the most important thing is I'm not willing to wait that time. Thank you for the advice I do really appreciate it.
It's seem we will not gonna learn French this.
Good luck for all of you
I'll make my own luck
