I want to sponsor my parents. Is student loan /grant financial assistance

I want to sponsor my parents this june, just finding out if student loan/grant is considered as social assistance, because i will be going back to school this fall, and would apply for student loan/grant. ( i don't want my parents application to be disqualified because of social assistance)

Social assistance is welfare. School loans and grants don't count

But to sponsor parents you must yourself meet a minimum incomerequirement unless your parents are extreemly well off.And a student loan will not give you the income requirement.
