I want to renew my passport after taking IELTS date

Hello,
I have booked IELTS academic exam on 18th June 2016.I have taken this date with my current passport.Now I want to renew my passport as it will be expired within a month.So which passport should I bring at a time of examination?Old one or a new one or both?Please reply me as soon as possible.Can it create any problem in applying universities as IELTS TRF contains passport ID?

2. No, the Universities want to see the results, not the passport.

THanks for reply.I have to apply in universities in which passport number is necessary.Which number should I mention?Old passport number or new passport number?
