I want to quit my job.

I have a LMIA visa and my spouse has a open work permit.
I want to quit my job and then my spouse try to find employer who support LMIA visa.
and then if she get LMIA, she will support to me to get open work permit.
anyway what can I do that if quit my job?
Should I apply visitor visa? after quit my job?

Getting LMIA is not very easy right now. Play safe. Tell your wife to get the LMIA first and then you switch.

Oh, I'm going to come to Canada on ICT once it is approved , My Client might Convert me as his employee ..
I was hoping it was easy conversion.. How long does LMIA takes to approve now ?
