I want to know if my visit visa was approved

i got a mail saying my processed passport has been dispatched, I got it but there was no refusal or approval but I was told I would get an email which up till now I haven’t gotten..

What can I do now? Reapply?

Send an email to the address on the slip of paper. Ask for the refusal reasons. Figure out how to respond. You can then reapply.

You should receive an email eventually. You can order GCMS notes to get more detailed information on why you were denied. You need to address the concerns before resubmitting the application.
