I want to know am I eligible for express entry. meet with 67 pts?

Hello
I have consult with number of immigration experts. Each of them have different suggestions. I just want to know am I eligible to put my file if pool or we can say am I meeting to 67 pts?
my details are below.

Age: 27 years

Ielts:
Listening-7
Reading- 6.5
Writing- 6.5
speaking= 6


I had 3 yr diploma in Computer Engineering and 3yr BTech in computer science and engineering. So WES make it equivalent to

Credentials Assessment of education from WES
1. Secondary School diploma and diploma (two years)
2. Bachelor's degree (four years)
in sum-> Diploma (two years) and bachelor's degree (four years)

I am working as a Senior Software Engineer. And I have
-6 years of experience in this field in 4 different companies (in same company from last 3.5 years)

So I want to know do I meet with 67 pts? can I apply for express entry?
How much I am scoring in these factors

I'm pretty sure you are over 67 points seeing your profile at a glance... but that will give a clearer picture.

From where u check these points I am not able to find. Can you please help me actually I am bit confused with my education marks it is 21 or 22 how do I analyse this. Next to it bit confusing ielts scoring
