i am canadaian citizen. living in my country this days ( in middle East ). i am getting marry to man he live in Europe ( for work only ) and his country also in middleEast but different from my country. he said it is hard to go to his country... do you know how i could apply for him for canada visa please? ( apply for him in my country or should in his country or contact canada directly...? )

I don't know what you mean by "contact Canada directly". Once you are married, you will sponsor him using the same process you used to sponsor your first spouse.

If you are asking about apply for a TRV (tourist visa), the chances are high the TRV will be refused since IRCC will know he has plans to remain in Canada long term. However you can certainly try to apply.

Neither. All applications are mailed to the same place. You need to follow the directions online.

Expect quite a lot of scrutiny given it is your second spouse sponsorship. In order to sponsor your husband you will have to prove that you intend to move back to Canada.

They may ask for an interview or they may not.
