If you are applying as an International Student then the likely hood you'll be refused is very high because you have a study mismatch. Because you have a Bachelor of Law and want to study IT.

We are a family and we want immigration together
We want to study something inexpensive and work in Canada and get a permanent residency
We have 120 thousand U.S. dollars

Then your best bet would be is to apply for skilled worker program in order to immigrate, however:

Note: As of July 1, 2012, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has temporarily stopped accepting applications for the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP). This temporary pause does not apply to those with a qualifying job offer or applying under the PhD stream. We will likely start accepting applications again when the revised FSWP selection criteria take effect. Proposed FSWP changes should come into force in 2013.

Just for your information, tuition fees for MA LLB for 1 term (4 months), Osgood Law School, York University:

Domestic students: $2,000

International Students: $4,000
