I wanna go back home but worried about to come back

I have some critical issue regarding study permit, I have study permit but I could not go school just because of I did not get admission in any college the reason is that I did not meet the language requirement.

I applied study permit from canada. But, now I got admission in one college and I want to go back home and want to come back for september term it is ok?


Please kindly help me. I will be very grateful to you.

yes I have multiple entry visa and study permit till, 2016 july.

I got it in August, 2013 in Canada from one college in Ontario before I had work permit I appplied it within Canada.

I applied in one college in Ontario but they did not give me admission when I went to college they ask me ielts test but at that time I didn't have ielts test with 6.0 band.

They told me you have to do ielts test and to get 6.0 band and to do icas we will give you admission in second term on advance standing of your previous degree. but, unfortunately I got 5.5 bands instead of 6.0 band and I misseed my admission for january term as well. After that I found one institute nait there is no requirement for ielts test for those who has university degree for the ielts exempted list of nait institute and my university lie on this list, so that I was very happy and I was thinking I will get admission easily but unfortunately, I got information from them in April that the seats are full you are on waiting list.

Now, I found one college in Ontarion there requirement is 5.5 bands in ielts test and I have admission in this college. aftyer paying tuition fees and getting receipt from them.

Can I go back home and come back canada for fa;ll term, 2014?

I have already informed cic about my situation.

They told me you may be in trouble because you were not in school for long time better is that to stay here and go for school in september term, no body give you guarantee for come back and the visa officer can ask you what happened with you and so it means all depend upon visa officer.

they also told me if you will go back then you have to apply study pemit again because it will be in valid after 90 days.

please help me I want to go bach home and want to come back in september term, 2014.
