I have a valid grandparent Visa which l obtained on line in Canada. I require a PG1 stamp in my passport for registry to exchange my British driving licence for a Canadian licence. CIC in Calgary have advised me to get an ETA which l have done on line but l still have had no appointment to have my passport updated. The only stamp l have in my passport is my original entry stamp from 2014. My grandparent visa has been renewed twice. I have been trying to resolve this since April.
I require a PG1 in my passport.
