I received PR card for me, but not for my Wife

My wife Photo was rejected thrice on the PR portal,
and I received my PR card yesterday,

The thing is, it says "In review with IRCC" on the portal for both of us,

Is anyone on the same page?

The PR portal "In review with IRCC" never changes. I got my PR card over a month back and its still In review. Link your PR card application in GC key that has precise information
