I have recently received my ita on July 11th. Now I have a problem, my wife is 7 months pregnant and she will deliver a baby in 60 days. I am quite confused.
Question:1
I need to include to my baby in my PR application, is it possible.
Question:2
And my wife needs to submit her medicals, will govt of Canada provide any extension in my case.
Question:3
Is there any other way, I can email CIC and get a permission to submit my application with a delay?

Hi
I am also in somewhat of a similar position. My wife is 4 months pregnant. I saw one of the threads which provides some guidance in such a scenario. Would suggest you check this thread and ask the concerned person your queries if you have any after going through what he has said.

If the baby is born before the deadline and assuming you can obtain a passport for the baby, you can add him/her. But most likely you won't be able to get passport and medicals for the baby done before time. So do the following.
Get medicals done. Your wife won't be able to do X-ray, so the doctor will give you a pregnancy deferral letter. It is standard procedure, if the doctor is not familiar with the process, try another doctor. You will upload the pregnancy deferral (along with the medical exam form) in your application.
Submit the application.

After the baby is born, apply for their passport immediately. Send a CSE request (you will get a link for the form after you submit the application) informing CIC about the baby.
They will add the baby section to your application ask you to upload baby's documents. You will also need to get medical exams for the baby and complete X-ray for your wife.
