Hi,
This is my timeline,

Upfront medical exam 14 June
Submit the Application online 18 June
Biometric 21 June
Request Medical Exam 12 July
No update from 12 July,

I did an upfront medical on June 14. I submit my application on June 18. And July 12 they asked me to do a medical exam. I asked the clinic to send them an email and explain for them. and also I have submitted web form and explained the matter for them but I haven't received any update from them so far even passing medical Exam?? what should I do now? I submitted webform to Paris visa office (My application is processing there). Is it any different to submit webform to IRCC or to a visa office? It has been more than 5 weeks and I was supposed to get the study permit in 5 weeks. I know lots of people here have the same issues but I really appreciate it if anyone could give me some advice!!!! thanks.

There's nothing you can do but wait. The processing times posted on the IRCC web site are just estimates. It's not at all unusual for processing to take longer.

Could you ask your physician to change the IME number to the UMI number generated from your application if he did it through the emedical system? I also had this issue and this is what solved it in a few days.

They did through e-medical system, and they just send a letter to the authority and told them, this applicant did his medical exam here with this UMI. what do you mean exactly? can you explain more? thank you

Thanks for your answer. Yes, you are right, but we need to book a flight in advance also rent a room!!! I think it's better for me to be patient.

You don't want to book anything until you have an approved visa in hand. Hopefully you hear back soon.
