I need you help...they promise to the government that they build a bedroom with lock and everything but until now they did not provide for me and I still paying may board and lodging to my employer? I write my problem here because i have no time to call the government because everyday they stay at home.

Unfortunately, you're going to have to find time to call the government. This is a public forum. We aren't CIC or another government agency.
Is it possible you can meet another nanny at the park with the kids and borrow her phone to make the phone call?
