So what should I do? I have worked in Thailand for the last 5 years. I have no pay stubs, or letters from employers that state how much I made I only have references. I have two pay stubs in Thai from March and April and then I have three pay stubs from June-Aug from job I worked in the US and now I have 2 pay stubs from my new job in Canada.
I only have proof of income since March. What should I do?

If you're sponsoring your spouse and/or dependant children only, then you don't need to meet an income requirement, you just need to show you're not bankrupt or on welfare. Just send what you have.
