1- I'm planning to have a business in Canada , can I start my business before getting PR approval ?

2- If i want to change from skilled worker program to business program , how i can do that and do I have to do everything from beginning ?? do you advise me to ask for this change??

3- I don't need a job in Canada as I already have a good job over here , is it good or bad for my file( not needing a job )??

1. As far as I can say, it is a NO. You should apply through PNP. That requires you to have a business plan and begin a business within 2 years of arrival in Canada.
2. You must start over. Please check for further information with the websites of the province you want to migrate to.
3. In case you apply through PNP business category, which suits people like you, your business will be your job.
