I need your help regarding FSW

Hi you all,

I WOULD LIKE YOU ALL TO HELP ME IN KNOWING HOW LMO PROCEDURE WORKS.

A friend of mine is Citizen of Canada and does just small Business. He wants to expend his business so He needs someone who look after all Business operation.

If he offers me a job as operation Manager then can I apply for work permit on? if so, then what procedures does he have to go through to do so as well as what I am suppose to do?
