I need information regarding which area of work to keep

Hi.
I am an international student currently on work permit. I am a engineer from back home but started working here as line cook partime and full time after studies. Later i was promoted as Chef and the manager of the location. So while applying for pr which post should i show? Chef or manager? Or can i show both. Please help me
