Sir I am mani. I planning to go Canada with my wife .I'm aware of the formalities about the visiting visa. But my wife is a 4 month pregnant woman. I want to know is there of getting PR for my wife. If she supposed to have her delivery during the visiting periods

If you want PR, you need to qualify and apply like anyone else. Having a child in Canada makes ZERO difference and does not in any way allow you to stay here or claim any sort of benefit. Note that you will be required to pay all medical expenses in Canada and it can get very expensive very quickly.
