our address is correct but we haven't recieved the papers they said they sent & returned to them..
We are getting now all the missing documents as fast as we can.. (CENOMAR, etc) but when we called the Malaysian Embassy in LA , we were told it would take 4-6 months to process..
We find it difficult to get it for we are 5 hr drive from the embassy,..and we can't met the 45 days deadline to produced these papers..
My question is ..Is there a way to expedite the police clearance from malaysia (but we were told no way to do it...they want me to produce Police clearance since i worked there in Dec. 1997 -June 1999...more than 10 years already)
I already produced NBI/Police clearance from the Philippines & FBi clearance from the USA as well..
What is the best thing to do?
Is there a way to waive this Malaysian clearance?..
I really appreciate any comments or advice you can give us.. Thanks a lot..
