I do need help and your enormous advice what to do!! I have a sister working as an Au Pair in Europe right now and her visa is already expired in one of her employer.. told her to seek for another employer just to stay in Europe while am processing her documents here (but haven't started yet 
) . Me and my husband is looking for her new employer here in Canada but that friends of ours is asking how to get or hire a live in caregiver especially from outside the country.
I really need your insights outthere what to do in both my sister and the future employer.
