I need help with the Validation Code

After submitting my EE profile I got and account number in my email. I checked my cic account and my account
is ineligible.

I tried to do a job match on job bank but I cant get the validation code to complete the process.

I tried using the last four digits of my passport has suggested from this forum but that did not work.

Can someone assist me please?

Since you said your profile was ineligible, i don't think there's any way you can register on jobbbank
