Hi everybody my names is fiorella, Im 18 years old, and im living in the US right now. I really need help.
About 5 days ago immigration took my dad away, they said he had a deportation order since the year 2007, they said it was sent to a "pio box" that we never had so it took us by surprise, we have a petition from my uncle who is a US citizen, and since my brother and I came when we were little they cant deport us. On this moment my dad is detained and waiting to be deported to my country, and we, me, my brother and my mom are alone here, we have no family or nobody to help us out. truth is we came over here to find a better future, and going back wasn't our plans at all, we don't have anybody over there no place to live and since is a 3rd world country find a job is very hard, i just finished high school and i want to study so bad, but unfortunately i cant do it here, the only option and the best option we have is to go to Canada, but we don't know where to start, we will like to apply for a permanent residency so i can study over there and my brother too, i would be very thankful if someone can help me with some information, tell me if we are eligible for a permanent residency, and tell me if it would be convenient to leave everything here to start a new life over there, ill be waiting for an answer, thank you.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
If you have been in the US illegally, it's very unlikely that they would give you any kind of temporary visa to go to Canada because of risk of overstaying. To apply for your immigration directly, it's very hard to qualify at 18. You need education and work experience. Maybe your parents would qualify. You can look it up at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp or http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/quebec/index.asp
