Have you tried contacting the HRSDC Enquiry team? noc-cnp @ workingincanada.gc.ca ?

What is your job title? Most importantly are you responsible for "plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate departments responsible for corporate governance and regulatory compliance, records management, security services, admissions and other administrative services not elsewhere classified."? If not, then most likely that's not your NOC code. You can also check on working in canada website if your salary is equal to greater than the average wage for NOC 0114.

You can also send an email to noc-cnp @ workingincanada.gc.ca. with a description of your duties and explain your question and they can suggest a NOC code for you. When you send in your CEC application attach the email response with the suggested NOC code so that your case worker understands why you chose that code.

I did this and they responded with a NOC code within 2 business days.

Good luck

There are some so called seniors who never got immigration , but by reading cic documents put a phd in front of then . Then they start their website that pepper can visit that and donate money and increase the value of their website .
If this is directed to i_am_toby, then I say your comment is uncalled for. His website has helped me and so many other people on this forum. If you have a problem with it, it will be in your best interest to just ignore it.
