:'( Hello, Today My visitor application has been refused after I applied and the officer said in the letter that " You do not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as temporary resident....They factors are:

1. Your travel History
2. Purpose of visit
3. not sufficient funds ("I had 2000 CAD in my account when i applied ")

I'm foreigner student in India since 2008 and this summer I decided to go visit my friend and his family(" on their recommendation") for around 1 to 2 months. So my friend sent me a letter and all other stuff i needed to, And in my part I provided my college Bonifide(certificate that I'm going to school in the college) ,my bank statements ,a valid passport..etc ,My friend even bought me 2 months insurance for my stay there that I included in file...With all this ,I have been refused for the visitor visa, CRAP..what to do now.
I wanna reapply but the officer said in the letter too that " I can reapply if my situation has changed substantively or I have significant new information to submit" WHAT THE MEAN IF ONLY MY SITUATION HAS CHANGED???...I'm ready to upgrade my money in account to 4500 CAD but what proof I can show that I will be leaving Canada after my trip??? A write down letter from my principal that I have an exam on december ,That i have to be back??? or what, Do I need to book my flight ticket ?????......... PLEASE CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT CAN I ADD TO MY NEW APPLICATION

It's typically quite difficult to be approved for a visit visa if you're a foreign student in another country. Since you are a foreign student, this by default means that you don't have strong ties to India (because you don't have permanent status there). Do you have any additional evidence to provide apart from more money in your bank account? (Example: property owned in India, proof you have a job in India, rental or lease agreement.) If so, then it might be worthwhile to try to apply again.

If not, you will probably have to wait until you are back in your home country and have reestablished yourself there before applying again.
