I need help for medical exams and police certificate after receiving ITA

Hi, everyone
I just received the ITA letter a few days ago. Currently I am preparing the supporting documents. As for the medical exams and police certificate part, do I need a special letter from CIC in order to proceed? What paper do I need to bring along for medical exams and requesting police certificate? I am living outside Canada now. Thanks everyone for help!

For medical you just need to bring your passport and for PCC it depends on the procedure in your country but most likely passport is one of the main documents you need to carry
