If the UNHCR program is not an option - then your only other alternative is to obtain a TRV (tourist visa) to Canada, fly to Canada and then claim asylum once you arrive here. Details on how to apply for a TRV are below. To be approved, you'll need to demonstrate strong ties to your country of residence (e.g. employment, property, assets), show you have enough money to pay for your visit and also show you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.

thank you alot dear..
Unfortunately, no demonstrated strong ties to my country of residence..
and no enough money to pay for tourist visit, I have 3500 $ only..

In that case I unfortunately don't see any way you would be able to claim asylum / refugee status in Canada.

so, are there organizations or associations for these purposes ?

There are - but you have to be officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR first.
