my kids are illegitimate and all I know is their dad is living outside the Philippines. How can I make him sign the form 5604?
He abondoned his kids for 7 years?

To our daughter yes.. to our no I did not even put his name on my sons BC.. I was 1 month preg when I found out that he is married I decided to call it quits and it was really bad.

You will need full custody of your daughter from the courts if you can't acquire his signature or permission.

if your son has your family name then you have full custody of your son. for your daughter, you need to get a court order. might as well get for both kids.

your kids are considered illegitimate since their father is previously married. sadly, even for illegitimate children, Canada expects you to prove that you have full custody of your children. otherwise, immigration will not be possible.
