I need a urgenet help, maybe someone can assist me

I have received an Word LTR 02 from Canadian embassy in Ankara, they are asking me to gather all the required documents and send by e-mail mentioned in this letter.
re-ankara-im@international.gc.ca (This e-mail is clearly written in the above mentioned Word LTR 02)
Above is the e-mail i am trying to send my documents but i am receiving back MAIL DAEMON reply, sayng that address is rejected
What is the problem maybe any of you can help me
