I move to BC in 2 months. Can I have BC OWP?

I got AIP recently and I'm gonna apply for OWP.

But I and my wife will move to BC in December.

Can I have OWP for BC? I don't have our new BC home address because I can get an apartment in November in BC due to 30 day notice tenant regulation.

Or cic give applicants OWP without restriction of where they work?

if you apply for OWP after AIP, then you get an open work permit. although you should change your address to make sure you receive the permit. i would also advice you to register with canada post for mail forwarding.

Unless they have changed the provision of an OWP since I received one in 2013, my understanding is you are able to work for any employer in Canada whether that employer is located in ON,AB or BC.
