I might have given false information for CIC in the past

I landed in 2008, went in & out Canada for many times, in 2010 as soon as I arrived the airport they directed me to immigration officer who started investigating me & recording all the information on the system, I remember being asked what I was doing outside Canada & I answered that I was visiting my family, I can't remember if I told them that I just left Canada couples of weeks ago & here I am back here, if I did those were false information as I was away of Canada for more than 8 months, I was in so much pain, have swollen foot due to an infected wound, my foot was in ice bag the whole 9 hrs flight, I was distracted, I know that I was very scared that I was away for long time & I was so scared they are going to terminate my residency. They never asked me why I have a different passport from the one I used last ( The reason is that passport was stolen from me during my visit to my home country )

January 2013 I'll have to apply to renew my PR card, by the time of application I'll have more than 730 days, however I don't know what they have in the records, do they record what I told them them or they just record my entries times ? If I did this ( gave false information ) I'm very sorry I did, however I may not. When I apply for a PR renewal do they pull up my file from the beginning ? I know immigration are now watching closely some thousands people of immigrant, I have never been contacted by any immigration officer, nor I signed any declaration of time I spent in Canada, will this one incident be taking against me ? Will they not grant me a new PR ? Will they send me a RQ by the time of renewal ?
If I request my entries information from CBSA will I create any question mark abt my self ? Will CBSA have records of the information I reported back then ( Which I can't remember what it was ? )
Please don't be judgmental, I might have given false information, I'm sorry I did, I never did it again & will never do, since then I'm living in Canada I am truly sorry abt it, how would CIC look at that ?

You are making sound as if the system is based on an action or reaction,if you have the proper documentation for the questions asked have nothing to fear,if you didn't and was away that would be something else.

as long as you were honest on the paper, you should be fine. did you honestly declare your absence on your customs form? if you didn't, that might be misrepresentation under immigration act. if you are really so worried, wait for 5 years since that absence. for PR card renewal purpose, you don't have declare your absence beyond 5 years.

Lying to immigration is strictly watched by immigration officials and they have the right to because of the many many cases they found in the system where people did not tell the truth. the only thing aim sure of is that if your name is flagged, you have to be very careful when you apply to renew the pr card even you do not meet the requirement. They may sympathize with you. However, they will be very tough if they find you cheating. The minimum they can do is to give a deportation order. So, be honest and tell the truth.
