I am in Nigeria and want to apply to a Visitor for my family (ie, me, my brother and my mother) so as to attend my sister's university graduation in Canada.
However,I was convicted (wasn't charged to court though) of petty shoplifting back in 2011 in the UK, which i regret everyday. I have been issued visas travel many times to some other European countries including the UK after these incident without any issues.
I am really worried that the whole visa application would be refused, which w prevent my mum and brother from also attending the graduation.
WHAT SHOULD I DO? SHOULD I GIVE IT TRY OR SHOULD JUST MY MUM AND BROTHER APPLY WITHOUT ME?
