To claim refugee status in Canada, you either need to obtain a tourist visa to Canada, travel to Canada and then claim refugee status when you arrive. Or you need to move outside of India and be recognized as a refugee by UNHCR in that country.

Sorry, but it's highly unlikely that anyone on here is going to offer you money to come to Canada. There are many poor people that manage to come to Canada on their own. You've been given advice on how to do it, now it's up to you to find the means.
Dear Nayeem, I have spent many decades in India, and I haven't seen any Muslims killing a gay because he is a Muslim Gay, for the sake of getting canadian visa or refugee status don't use a wrongful way by lying. people here are to help and provide their opinions and you are trying to win their favor by saying your religion people will kill you.

I believe in this situation, if you want to come to Canada for permanent residence, it is better for you to study really hard, to become a first-class expert, and get a job offer in the future from a Candian employer. In such a way you will move to Canada 100% legally and will not have such financial problems.
